Black seed oil.

Black seed oil is truly an amazing health supplement that has been around for thousand of years.Personally i've been taking the black seed in powdered form since my school days and it has benefited me a lot.My little hero son has a couple of bronchitis attacks and after introducing the black seed oil, alhamdulillah he has not had an attack ever since by Allah's grace and blessings. As our beloved Prophet Muhammad s.a.w said the black seed is the cure for every sickness except death. My personal experience about the benefit is as follows...

-increased stamina.
-enhances body resistance.
-improves bowels movement.
-helps prevent bronchitis attack.
-anti aging properties.

There are limitless more benefits experienced by people all over the world and black seed is my choice supplement.

Everything happens to the will of Allah.....

The new ride..

Saturday morning, thoughts of surveying for bicycle came to mind.Wifey had to go for her course. My little hero was still fast asleep. Will wait for him to wake up.

Little hero woke up and got him ready, when to the little neighbourhood bicycle shop.Husband and wife team, enquired about some rides and the baby seat.Heart was eyeing this slick black Mertz bike, price wise was within budget and it had that 'look' i like. Was satisfied with it! Simple, cheap mountain bike for crusing with the little hero...nothing fancy and wife likes it a lot : )

Simple 18 speed gears, having that black body will mean not having it looked 'dirty' heehe...

Took little hero for a ride and he loves it.Just need to add on some front and back lights which will come probably in a week.Already bought them beforehand...will add on other upgrades God willing.Contemplating on left and right mirrors, maybe some lights at the spokes for safety at night..will see how.Gonna coat the bike with anti rust when i have the time insyaallah : )
Alhamdulillah for the purchase and may the bike serve as a good purpose in this life insyaallah...

Khalid Al Walid

Abū Sulaymān Khālid ibn al-Walīd ibn al-Mughīrah al-Makhzūmī (Arabicأبو سليمان خالد بن الوليد بن المغيرة المخزومي; 592–642) also known as Sayf Allāh al-Maslūl (Arabicسيف الله المسلولDrawn Sword of God), was a companion of the Islamic prophet Muhammad. He is noted for his military tactics and prowess, commanding the forces of Medina under Muhammad and the forces of his immediate successors of the Rashidun CaliphateAbu Bakr andUmar ibn Khattab.[1] It was under his military leadership that Arabia, for the first time in history, was united under a single political entity, the Caliphate. Commanding the forces of the nascent Islamic State, Khalid was victorious in over a hundred battles, against the forces of the Byzantine-Roman Empire,Sassanid-Persian Empire, and their allies, in addition to other Arab tribes. His strategic achievements include the conquest of ArabiaPersian Mesopotamia and Roman Syria within several years from 632 to 636. He is also remembered for his decisive victories at YamamahUllais, and Firaz, and his tactical successes at Walaja and Yarmouk.[2]

One of the heroes in Islam that i adore,he was against Islam at the earlier stage but became one of the most important figures in expanding the Islamic empire, may Allah bless and be pleased with Khalid Al Walid (RA).

The Bicycle.

Assalammualaikum to all...

Lately an interest of having a bicycle crept up on me.I was given a vintage racing bike from my father in law which had quite a mileage and was likely around 20 years of age.A solid red body with front and back gears with suspension on the front.Exposed to the rain and sun makes it rusty and haggard, not quite a word for a bike but it is looking in a bad shape.

The bike after cleaning and minor servicing....

Bought a can of Wd-40,and did some cleaning.Managed to smooth out the brakes.Tyres were totally flat, had to push to the bike shop to pump up the tyres.Tubes are still ok and decided to test ride : ) Cycled all the way under the train tracks, but the chain kept falling off since the gears are faulty.Managed to cycle back home though : )

Woke up next morning and decided to cycle to the masjid for subuh prayers.Well, chained came off twice but alhamdulillah managed to reach masjid just in time for the prayer : ) went home with no incident of chain falling off.Wife suggested to buy a new bike since i'm also keen on installing a baby seat to bring my 1.8 year old hero to the masjid.Investing on a new bike would be great for father and son bonding, not to mention the exercising benefit : D

Little Hero was asleep,i decided to test the bike again, riding it to the zuhur prayer at the masjid.Well,as expected, chain came off twice during the journey.Wife smiled when i got home, suggested to her  if we can try to trade in the bike, although personally i do not think it will be possible.Repairing the gears will cost as much as getting a new bike,so retiring it will be the best option.

The World..

Peace be upon u to my brothers and sisters in Islam...and to all mankind that we share the world with....

Simple pleasures in life are often taken for granted by us humans,as a reminder to myself too...we must all be grateful to Allah almighty, for everything that He has bestowed upon us.A good muslim is what we all want to be,but to achieve that takes an uphill task of faith and firm beliefs.Whatever i have belongs to the one and only God and may He guide me and my family to the right path ameen insyaallah.
